Digital Products
At Navpeth, most of our products are digital downloads that are delivered instantly after purchase. Because of the nature of digital products, all sales are generally considered final and non-refundable.
Once a file has been downloaded or accessed, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
Exceptions
We understand that issues can sometimes happen. Refunds or replacements may be considered in the following situations:

- The file is corrupted or damaged
- You are unable to access the purchased files

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
